Our beauty blender is a soft fiber makeup sponge. It is extremely soft, the softest I have ever came across! 
The shape is the best part about this beauty blender. It has a smaller tip so you can get right under the eye to pat pat pat those creases out! It is an absolute must have! 
My advice would be to wet the blender in water & it will expand. Use for any base make-up & bounce into the skin to set.
